(Reuters) -Paramount Global said on Monday Bob Bakish would step down as CEO, in a move that comes as the media company considers a takeover offer from Skydance Media chief David Ellison. The company said that it had established an Office of the CEO, consisting of three senior executives, George Cheeks, president and CEO of CBS; Chris McCarthy, president and CEO of Showtime/MTV Entertainment

Academy Award nominee Colin Farrell stars as John Sugar, an American private investigator on the heels of the mysterious disappearance of Olivia Siegel, the beloved granddaughter of legendary Hollywood producer Jonathan Siegel. As Sugar tries to determine what happened to Olivia, he will also unearth Siegel family secrets; some very recent, others long-buried.
