ITV's brand new programme has been struck by a medical emergency as one reality star was left struggling to breathe.
The fresh series has replaced Love Island All Stars' slot in the TV lineup, with Olivia Attwood taking over hosting duties.
It follows ten determined chefs who are transported to Barcelona to operate a high-end restaurant, guided by Michelin Star chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. Every participant must battle to secure their position in the team and dodge daily eliminations.
But it's not solely their culinary abilities being examined as cameras continue rolling during the group's downtime, documenting everything from their evenings out to romantic encounters.
Nevertheless, matters take a concerning twist in the forthcoming episode seven. In an exclusive preview, front of house team member Helina encounters a medical crisis, reports OK!.
Amid what seems to be a frantic day in the kitchen, the 21-year-old is shown seated with her eyes shut whilst a fellow crew member attempts to cool her using an improvised fan. At the same time, an on-site paramedic appears to dash to Helina's aid to monitor her blood pressure.
When questioned about how she's coping, the star confesses: "I don't know what's wrong with me. Feels like I can't breathe."
It remains uncertain whether Helina will be transported to hospital so ITV viewers will need to watch to discover the outcome.

Meanwhile, the explosive preview also reveals Jayon taking on the mantle of head chef, though clashing with the front of house squad. And viewers will bid farewell to another culinary hopeful in this evening's instalment.
Previously, the day's poorest performer was banished to the pot wash as their penalty. However, Jean-Christophe recently brought in daily eliminations following the chefs' repeated inability to deliver a triumphant service in the restaurant.
ITV's description for the programme states: "These young hopefuls will quickly realise that no-one's place is secure in this fierce culinary contest, as they consistently battle it out in a bid to climb the kitchen ranks.
"Promotions, demotions, power plays, sackings and shock decisions throughout the series are sure to keep the contenders on their toes - every service is a chance to soar or sink."
The Heat continues on ITV2 and ITVX tonight at 9pm
